Created analysis pack to interpret SQL data, saving Outbound costs and identifying Inbound revenue gaps.

Using Qlik, we designed and implemented self-serve dashboards to interpret in-house data on international charges, volumes and rates. This enabled the negotiators to drive for savings with key connection partners.

To assist negotiators at the bi-annual WAS conferences, we produced brochure-files with key talking points on volumes, rates, technology implementations etc. This ensured that meetings (which were time-limited) were focused and deliverables discussed.
