  • Recharge tracking: Enabling costs to be tracked, catalogued and managed to release working capital back to the business.

  • Cost analysis: Transforming a routine process from several hours into a few minutes. 

  • Quick-fixes: Supporting colleagues with their processes, educating on use of excel pivots and advanced formulae to speed routine tasks. 

g) European Pharma Parallel Import business:

  • Interim GL Accountancy; year end clean up; reconciliations for audit; process documentation. 

h) US Global telecommunications business:

  • International roaming and steering analysis; business partner support for negotiator team

  • Created analysis pack to interpret SQL data, saving Outbound costs and identifying Inbound revenue gaps.

  • Using Qlik, we designed and implemented self-serve dashboards to interpret in-house data on international charges, volumes and rates. This enabled the negotiators to drive for savings with key connection partners.

  • To assist negotiators at the bi-annual WAS conferences, we produced brochure-files with key talking points on volumes, rates, technology implementations etc. This ensured that meetings (which were time-limited) were focused and deliverables discussed.
